I love the energy MLB players get with the walk up song as they approach the plate, bat in hand. Whether chips are down and they need bolstering or whether things are just easy and they are relishing the moment. Music powers. So- what would be your walk up song? And what is a good suggestion for others for either situation- chips down or easy times?
I bet more than a few of us would welcome suggestions as we think about what to play as we head into work tomorrow! #WalkUpSong

My walk-up song would be the Bee Gee's "Stayin' Alive'

It changes for me, but for the moment - The Heavy's latest single is fulfilling that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4L0XQqgudB8

This song always gets me amped up and ready to take on anything!

Great question, @FrederickGoff! For me there's no better choice than Bruce Springsteen's ROSALITA. We get a celebration of youth and exuberance with the opening guitar and saxophone, but later we also get the themes of perseverance, rising above circumstance, and seizing opportunity:
My tires were slashed and I almost crashed but the Lord had mercy / My machine she's a dud out stuck in the mud / Somewhere in the swamps of Jersey / Hold on tight stay up all night 'cause Rosie I'm comin' on strong

Ok, I’m thinking the O’ren entry from kill bill by Battles w/o honor and humanity is a pretty good one. Think I’ll try it tmw https://youtu.be/sYq_Jpxdq2A

"Stop Me" by Christon Gray. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ta2djZH0mzY
