Medical Assistant at Legacy Personnel

I just don't get it

I've had numorous of interviews and I keep getting "we have looked over you resume and we have decided to look at other canidents." I don't know if its because I have a STATE License for phlebotomy and I am a registered medical assistant and a registered Phlebotomy Tech. What more can i do. I just don't get it. Then there are companies that want so many years of experience but how are you suppose to get experience when you can't get hired. I just don't get it

Do anything you can to get the interviews and get the job that you desire, but keep a plan B open and follow it up. You must have other alternatives to make an income. f you have a vision and determination to get what you want, just try and see if you can be successful. Don't let anybody keep your dreams away from you. follow this link and i wish the best for you https://www.wahedu.com/1nvs/?ap=main

Ricardo, Revise your resume where you do one for each credential. If you are applying for a phlebotomist position then just focus your resume on that credential. Do the same for medical assistant then apply for specific position. For example, for your medical assistant resume, put in you objective: Seeking for medical assistant job. Do the same for phebotomist resume. They will be very similar but the focus is on each credential. I wish I could see your resume so I can help you revise them. At the end of your resume after your work expierence and education you can put both credentials. It's important that they know you have both credentials because they want MAs to have phebotomist credentials. It's also important that your resume is well written with no spelling errors. Good luck and don't give up.

I suffer the same thing with my application, I am (Arabic/English) translator and interpreter, I've been applying for more than 6 years now. All that I get is (we reviewed your resume and decided to go forward with another applicant), although all the positions that I applied for matches my qualification 90-100 %. It is so frustrating to see that I do qualify for all the requirements that the companies are asking for and don't get the job. OR the obstacle is having an active high clearance.
