Hi Beverly, Great question. I've taken a look at your profile and you are off to a great start! Try this to help people understand how awesome you are and why you'd be great to hire:

• add some information to your profile under each job. For example, every waitress I know handles lots of responsibility, manages tough customer situations, and/or is responsive to the needs of management and other staff. Think about the way you did your job & tell us about it!
• add any volunteer experience (school, church, community, etc.) with a description (as above)
• start using the Jobs tab in Jobcase.com to look for positions, then apply and follow up with an email or phone call.
• lastly, keep trying!! If you don't get the first position you want, try, try again. Sometimes it takes a couple of times to land where you want, but it's worth it.
