The biggest mistake I've made at the East Oregonian was being late. Your customers want to be able to enjoy their morning coffee with a morning paper, and you're responsible for that. If you're thinking it's not a big deal and you can get away with just a couple late papers, you're wrong. There are customers that will call the company, and your manager will know. Don't make petty mistakes.
