The facility and the people i worked with i was hopping to finish my career out there but couldn't take the way management treated the people and the nepotism that was in this small facility .Sad day that a grown man walked away from a job he loved 5 min from his house making 40 dollars an hour that must tell you how bad it was.And i was not the first person to do this just got tired of the negativity and the management degrading people getting mad at employees and throwing bottles. And the plant manager calling me a fat Pillsbury dough boy in front of other bosses shouldn't have to put up with that kind of harassment in a place of employment .Really upset i had to move on don't recommend working here unless the company came in and cleaned out the bad apples in charge.sure wish i could have stayed really liked working there my boss was very talented man and treated like he knew nothing .
