Info Seeking: Cintas Corporation.
Has anyone worked for Cintas Corporation or know if someone that's worked for them or currently works for this company who can share their hiring/decision process?
I am doing some research and I've read some reviews on Glassdoor that depending on the state/facility the process an take days, weeks and even months before any progress is made, but I want to ask others for their opinions? Feedback? Cintas claims to be hiring in various states for different positions but from what I've experienced so far has been slightly disappointing.
I looked around and read some reviews from previous applicants and the comments made are anything but inspiring. Seems like they have a highly selective and complex hiring process. Applicants claim the company is initially engaged with prospective candidates but then the communication goes silent. Other’s claim Spanish is a “hidden” job requirement. Cintas is a national company so I’m not sure why that’s a requirement. I had that company on my radar but I think I’ll go in another direction.
