Do you prefer to shop on ‘Black Friday’ or ‘Cyber Monday’?

I’m interested in members shopping preferences to help me decide if I should keep look for retail jobs or start looking for warehouse & distribution jobs.

I just may be the droid you are looking for.

I only went to ONE "Black Friday" sale and it was to Fry's with my son. They were selling a Windows 10 9" tablet - laptop for $74. It was too good to pass up. We got to the store and waiting about 15 minutes until the door opened and they let 20 people at a time go in so there wouldn't be a mad rush. They made it easy, got our laptop and walked about a half hour later. (And I did buy a new monitor, too...impulse buy)

Cyber Monday's too many crowds in Black Fridays. Plus I feel you get better deals on cyber Monday's too.

Definitely Black Friday! And I do mean Friday - never, never, ever will I shop on Thanksgiving and cut my time short with my family, or support retailer's decision to take workers away from their own families. 1) With so many retail options, the crowds are only slightly more than a busy Saturday. 2) I enjoy shopping with real people. 3) I almost never buy electronics. I try to give gifts with meaning, not be Santa Clause. 4) It is part of tradition. Great fun with a friend or relative.

Material Handler Asst Shipping at Webcrafters

Hi Veronica, Remember there will always be people who are computerphobic. Many people believe that technology is making society lazy. There are some business that charge more for online shipping than ordering an outdated item in-store to be shipped to home. Yes I found this to be true when I shopped the other day and was told of the store policy of their online shopping. It also depend upon the retail store so go with your gut feeling. Me, personally, I would go with warehouse distribution since I have more experience in that field.
