Agree to disagree and it's ok, I see your side and I do agree, but I also believe confidence comes from the inside and it presents itself on the outside, some say fake it,I say believe it. If you know your self worth then presenting who you are is so much easier. Rule to this, my personal opinion is know you self worth, value yourself and everything else on the outside will come in to play (dress,integrity,personality ect.).
