Depends what makes you happy. Money, creativity, helping others, etc. It took me some time to figure it out and I still make mistakes choosing jobs. It's a trial & error but I would think it's a Great Benefit to be happy with your job.

No. My husband found out, early in his career, that he enjoyed being the "big fish in the little pond" rather than the reverse. This has lead him to 50 years happiness in his job and at home!
