I'm new to it as well, but it's pretty neat! Make sure you fill out all of your information & then attach your resume if you'd like (you can also create one on this site) and then in the corner menu it will let you send your resume to whatever place you would like. Just make sure to fill out the info in the beginning saying where and what jobs you're interested in :) hope this some what helps you!
