I just had a Skype interview with Daniel James. He stated the company will send me out a check and I should deposit it into my account but deduct 150 as a signing bonus. He wants me to purchase all this expensive equipment to set up my "mini" office. Something just don't smell right. He wants me to report tomorrow morning at 8 am for training.

So if you get a check from them, couldn't you cash it and then deposit it?
