Hmmmm. Nice words of encouragement. But just like R. Kelly sings “I believe I can fly”. I wonder what you would think if I wrote an article entitled ‘Men of Valor! Believe you can…!)’? Would it make you feel like a lot of men need to be encouraged? Assuming, that there aren’t a lot of brave men out there and that it’s women’s responsibility to cheer them on? My advice? Be careful. If you’d like professional women to listen to you and your professional advice, it is important that you acknowledge women as having self-worth, courage and bravery because they wouldn’t be professionals if they didn’t have many of the qualities already.
