We all have struggled with self defeating images of ourselves. Perhaps, we complain against ourselves regarding height, weight, complexion, hair, facial features, voice, attitudes, personalities, speech, accents, postures, intelligence and the list goes on...
So, if we consistently complain against ourselves internally, how can others develop a good image of ourselves when they see us?
