What happened

We have known for 25 years that STEM ED is not just something we talk about. STEM ED is here to stay. This is a topic which is one of the most important socio-economic issues of our time. If we do not treat every one alike and give everyone the same chances in life, i.e. Equal pay and equal opportunities, we will fail. The best tool for this the the tool sets of STEM ED. We can see a huge difference already. Young female students are doing better in science, technology, engineering and math. This has resulted in more women going to non female careers. More women are being head hunted to NASA. There are more women in top jobs in major technology companies, so we are getting better, STEM ED is getting us there. There is however, one problem STEM ED cannot solve. The fact that women are being paid a lot less than men. It is assaying to me that men believe in this male dominated society. WAKE UP, women are smarter than men (I am a male). This has to change and it is. I believe is has to and that men should embrace it. Competition is healthy.
