Generally If there is an issue it is and should be brought to your supervisors attention and then it can be discussed or you can go to HR and get things straitened out. I have had a couple of issues, but hearing my side and the other person's generally helps. We just have to listen and understand that other people have a job to do also, and we have to just work alongside them. One girl that kinda pissed me off at one time complained about me and my boss got involved,and now she and I get along just fine. Life's to short and its to hard to be against people.
