Shipping And Warehouse Manager at Col G Fitness Inc

If you are working at a retail or food service job where shift supervisors are only a rung above regular crew members and a manager is still needed on site you can expect between $1-$3 more hourly than the crew makes. The main benefit of the position is that you are usually able to get more hours than you would as a regular crew member and there's less manual labor involved.

Widow searching for remote work

Good morning! From my experience it can depend on how your reviews go, what experience you have in that field. Some places like Festival Foods have a pay chart level from what I have seen. Good luck!

Hey Jacqueline. Check out Salary.com if you have not done so already. The site gives local and even national salary comparison for almost every position in just about every field. It shows varying levels as well.

Logistics Specialists Team Lead at National Technologies Associates Inc

Hi Jacqueline Much of the level of pay depends on the industry and their starting wages and the level of employees supervised. Some things that can guarantee a higher level of pay though is your education (College Degree), experience in managerial situations, functional requirements of the job and time. The industry that I was in most of my career paid around $25 to $30 P/hr for a working level supervisor.

Community Specialist at Jobcase Inc

Hello Jacqueline, Thank you for being a part of our Jobcase community! That will definitely depend first on who you work for. The type of company will most likely play a part, and then the companies themselves will have their own standards. You can be pretty sure that it is above minimum wage.
