Sodexo is a multinational company that actively searches for ways to set an employee up for success. They are willing and welcome new ideas to make the workplace successful. At our Project Independence at Inwood, WV the Security Team has become more of a family than security team. We work together to make our unit effective and profitable. If someone has an event, we will switch shifts so as not to incur overtime hours against the team. I am personally excited to be in on the ground level here and look forward to furthering my education in Cyber Security in my effort to protect the project.
