The interviewing process with Marriott Corporate is very intense. You are first contacted by the Sr.Recruiter and that is a 30-40 mins phone chat, from there if you pass that stage, you will be given a requests for an in person or virtual teams interview ( this is usually 3 to 4 interviewers) if you pass this stage, you would meet with the Leader or GM of the property you are interviewing for. Overall this can take 2/3 months You also must do a required assessment that will be sent to you once initial contact is made.
