The Struggle Is Real!!!

I'm working Monday-Thursday, 10hr/days, I've started my own business: May 2016. My work week is long and my weekends are not long enough the struggle is so real. I'm registered with the state as being tax exempt, but my struggle goes on. I thought it would be easy to find a nice location in the Texas area where I could sell my products on empty lots, but total disaster either I'm told to move or I can't sell on this property by the owner, it gets really frustrating. There no winning when selling on the streets. So, I've decided to do the right thing either buy a small area or rent a space at the flea market. I understand now! if I'm going to do something just do it right, because my way was definitely not working. I'm just trying to make a decent living. That's my struggle what's yours?

If you have a dream, dreams come true vigilance and courage in decision-making and the fall must be the reason for success, do not give up your dream.

Does your business warrant on line sales? Over head is minimal.

Congrats for having the courage to do something you love, i didn't read all the replies so i may suggest what somone has.. Selling online is great idea, Shopify allows you to set ip and sell your items. Also another suggestion have you tried teaching what you know online? There are many ways to generate income, keep going!

Hi, Renita. You've gotten some great advice here! One thing I would suggest by witnessing others in their struggles with their own businesses: when you get established enough to see a pattern in which day of the week is your least busy, make that your one day off each week. I had suggested it to one of my friends who at first said he needed to make money and needed people to know he existed and just couldn't. and after a while he realized he needed to take a day off and do something for himself that did not have to do with his business. He was getting too worn out otherwise. I don't expect you to turn our mind off; we always are thinking about something, right? But think about something other than how it relates to your products. Read, paint, keep a journal, something that will enable you to go on vacation from the neck up. This will lessen the intensity of the struggle. Congratulations on your bravery, and I wish you the best!

Hi Renita! I just turned 15, on august the thirteenth, which means I'm old enough for a job. Do you have any advise for me? I saw your post and saw you are very successful and thought maybe you could give me some pointers on how to find a job.

We're all struggling with something but just trust God to see you through your business. He'll lead and guide you. Pray to God for direction. He'll help you. He's always there. You are going to great with your business. I admire for starting your own business. Don't give up. If you're passionate and you love what you do; you'll never work a day in your life. If it's your dream, do it. Sky is the limit.
