Job offer
Finally got a job offer after 12 weeks...the longest I've ever been without a job to support my family. Offer is for 15000 less than what I making plus overtime. New position is salary but for a very small company who has the same core values I believe in. I make woukd make more money staying on unemployment for now. What to do ...I can't decide.....

I would go to work, and continue to look for something better. If a person needs unemployment, ok. However, if you have the ability to get off of public assistance, you should. You will have more pride in yourself from working, and you will probably get another job much easier. Good Luck...

It all depends on what you can afford. If you have bills that you will be unable to pay by taking something that pays less than your unemployment benefit, then it is not a good choice to take the job.
I know that being employed is a huge boost to morale, but don't take any job if it puts your finances into peril.
In the end, it is up to you, as only you know what you can afford to do.
