What I loved working at #RoyalCaribbeanInternational
I got to work on the biggest ships of the world at that time (2010), the venues are amazing and as a 2.5 stripe staff I was allowed to see the shows and eat at the restaurants, as well as to shop at the stores. Basically be everywhere on guest areas. Also, your coworkers become your family forever.

Having sailed on Royal Caribbean I can say with authority that the staff are hands-down the most amazing people I have ever met.
I know cruise clientele can be demanding and needy, but the staff is ALWAYS gracious and accommodating. RC has customer service down!
If anyone is interested in a career aboard a cruise ship, what advice would you give? What is the hiring process like?
