Look everyone there are people who need a little push when working I learned a lot in a warehouse trust me the pressure is real but after months and months of work you realize teamwork is a big key if you see your team not making expectation push them to there limit now don’t be negative about it ,make little competitions here and there make it fun don’t make it what people say a “miserable” job that’s toxic and no one wants the hear toxic comments. Trust me it will make your job fun could even impress your bosses. Just a little self example I made for my work.
