It's me

I just need to know if you work for a company that has and open door policy and you report disrespectful behavior to the upper management and then retaliation starts happening to you then you repot report report then they make up a lie and say you threatened the supervisor which is all lies and can't be proven because it never happened but you record them saying these things which now they have defamed and slandered your name and I know it is and at will company and they don't need a reason to get rid of you but isn't this cause for a lawyer to get involved

I would strongly not advise anyone to be secretly recording another individual when it comes to audio. There are many states that have very strong wiretapping laws in place and you must be very familiar with such stated laws. In the state of Massachusetts for example Is a state where secretly recording someone's conversations without letting them know is 100% illegal and will lead to arrest on felony wiretap laws. See Massachusetts statute chapter 272 section 99. There are many states that have these sorts of laws in place and most of them are different and more restricted than the federal wiretap laws that are only one-party consent. Every state has different laws and it's very irresponsible for any "lawyer" to encourage someone to illegally record without knowing the state or the Situation.
