Assistant Manager at Family Dollar

I have been having the same issue. I have an extensive list of skills that vary in fields. I have come to realize that when I show up for an interview, all of the other candidates are 30 years younger. I say age discrimination. For what other reason would they say we are "under qualified "? Over the last 3 months I have had 20+ interviews with no success. These employers are missing an ocean of very qualified, enthusiastic, knowledgeable people because we are a little older. Shame on them. Good luck.
