NO work strike or work stoppage, it just how UPS is...you're tethered to them for as long as they need or want you. If all the regular employees filled the need slots seasonal people/low seniority employees go home. If you want to make some money go apply for seasonal help they take just about everyone but be prepared hours SUCK and work can be hard
