Seeing the same job listing over and over
I've been looking for employment for over 2 months. I'm seeing the same listings now that I was seeing 2 months ago. I've gotten no response from any of them, but it seems they're still looking for someone to fill a position. Is this the way the hiring world is now days? I've tried applying for positions directly with companies and keep getting instructed to do so online.

Ugh, I hear you. I think a lot of times employers just forget that they have these job listings up, or they just do it because they keep on collecting resumes. That's why I always follow up on my applications so I can better understand if they're actually hiring or not.
