Employees are free to get a grocery item,in terms of listing it in our credit notebook...but, sometimes,they forgot to list down or more often they did not list it down... i was just done doing the morning inventory,to check which items were taken by the night shift employees...when 1pc.of bar soap was gone...when i checked who is the last who list down...i asked him nicely but he said he only get 1 bar... but i told him i was just done my inventory that morning,and there were still 3 bars left on the storage box...but he insisted it was only 2 and he took 1 bar and listed it down.. so all in all... i have to pay for the losr item.bcoz im responsible for that
