Illinois is quite tough.
Moved back here after 18 years and outside of the family business getting a job is rough. Does anyone know how with over 22 years of customer service experience can it be so difficult to obtain work.?

Hi Qiana: Have you considered going through a temp agency to find a customer service job? It's a short-term solution, but it could be effective for getting your foot back in the door.
