I Don't Get It....
When its hiring season I always jump at the opportunity and apply for jobs. Fast forward a few days later, I get an e-mail saying they don't have any open positions you've applied for. What is up with that?

Try calling to follow up on your application. Also, with Target, I think it is better to go to the stores and apply at the kiosks they have. You will almost always be able to interview right at the end - they have a little red phone at the kiosk that transfers you to a manager who will come and get you if they're available.
