Need advice!!

Hey guys, I'm thinking of going for my real estate license, but I'm worried that it's going to take too long to find clients. I don't want to get my license, then struggle for years to find clients. Any advice for me?

Charlie, Getting your name out, finding clients, and securing your first listings takes time. Think about the type of practice you want to get involve with. Any specializing interest like new homes, condos, commercial, or senior living. Identifying potential buyers and making contact is the biggest challenge. You can always associate yourself with a real estate company until you make a name for yourself in the business. Get your license but expect hard work in the beginning.
