Does anyone like interviewing??
How do i find a way to enjoy interviewing? i feel like this would help me get more jobs

Interviewing is like taking a long hard look at yourself in a mirror. You have to like what you see, and here. This is what the interviewer is visually seeing. sounds stupid, and shallow, but true. Ask your self embarrassing questions, you know you would lie about, and watch you expressions. to answer your question: Think of this as a dating situation, and you are trying to impress someone you are interested about....self confidence is everything.

I look at them as mutual counseling sessions where I get to steer the conversation to what they really want and what theyre really tired of which makes it really comfortable. I've probably had about thirty-something jobs in my life and only about 4 I actually liked. So, if they don't actually like who for who you really are, chances are you are going to dislike the organization. I could go on and on about this but most organizations are starved of authenticity so being real will get you more jobs overall and then the trick is to find a way to narrow the field which gives you the attitude that you deserve more than the average moron robot.

The fact that you're going to be interviewed is a positive thing. This means they saw something on your application/resume that they liked. I say this...you are selling them YOU! No one knows of what you bring to their table better than you do!! Be sure to so your homework pertaining to the company you're interviewing with and have some questions for them as well. Interviewing goes BOTH ways!!! Best of luck to you!!!

Pepare! Remember first impressions can be everything, make them remember you out of the 100 interviews they have, practice walking into the interview room with good posture, good eye contact and a firm handshake introducing yourself. Dress professional. Thank them right away for the interview. Wright down pros and cons about yourself find a way to turn your cons into pros. Example con, never satisfied .Pro, always striving to improve. Write down questions you think and know they will ask you. Practice answering them in the mirror to practice good speech, good body language and movement and confidence in your answers.when they ask is there anything else you would like to add or say that is your golden moment sell yourself, rehearse saying all your pros to them and thank them for this opportunity again, tell them you want this job and that you are the one they are looking for.

Once you get in the interview, it is best to keep telling yourself that you got this and don't worry about not getting the job just keep thinking positive over and over again

Interviewing is fun. You are selling the one thing that you know better than anyone, yourself. Be positive, upbeat and confident.

Something I discovered may help you. At a second interview with a company, when I knew with some certainty that I couldn't take the job if offered to me because of emerging personal circumstances, I went ahead with the interview to gain some insight about the company and the man interviewing me, for future reference. I had a nice steak dinner and made a contact who shook my hand and wished me the best of luck, and told me to keep their company in mind should my situation change. I had let go of the outcome before the interview, so I was relaxed and candid about myself and my attributes as an employee and as a person.

If you feel you would love or enjoy the job, also genuinely want to know as much about it as possible. Show your interest in the job by wanting to know more details about the job, and comment this or that would be 'agreeable to you.'
Sometimes we go to job interviews with the mindset of a kid going to their parents asking for a raise on their allowance. You already know that the answer is "No". So you prepare in defense against the negative. We should all go to a job interview with the attitude that we already have the job. Research the company, know their culture, know the key people inside. (Cyber stalk them) even get some good lead in information via inmail on LinkedIn or Facebook. Show up and act like you have already committed yourself to them. Dont be shy, ask for the job. Ask how they think the interview went. Find out before you leave what the next step is in their hiring process.
