HOW will they notice me?

Any job fair I been to is packed. People everywhere and it's hard to get noticed. What do I do to stand out? I don't want to just be another face in the crowd.

Shake their hands, smile, find something in common to talk about, be polite, and leave them with a copy of your resume. Good luck.

Hi Jake! It can definitely feel overwhelming with all those people and employers in one spot, but it doesn't have to be. Arrive a little early and take a walk around the room before it gets too crowded. [Here] (https://www.jobcase.com/conversations/8def323d-970b-5b4a-9ffc-4919aa21d7f1) is a great post on how to prep for the fair, but you can also consider purchasing or making your own business cards with your name and contact information. Put a little info about yourself or a fun fact that lists an accomplishment. Check out [these ideas] (https://www.canva.com/learn/business-card-design/). Hand them out as you meet employers and give them a handshake. Don't forget to smile and stand tall. As Lauren mentioned confidence is key! Best of luck at the fair. Go get em!!! : )

Hi, Jake! Job fairs can definitely be intimidating sometimes, but with confidence, you can make a great impression! I advise to bring multiple copies of your resume on you so that you can give them to recruiters on the spot. Don't hesitate to approach and speak with representatives at the job fair; they want YOU just as much as you want them. You got this! Best of luck, Jake :)
