HOW will they notice me?
Any job fair I been to is packed. People everywhere and it's hard to get noticed. What do I do to stand out? I don't want to just be another face in the crowd.
Get out there and talk to people. Let them know you.
Hi Jake! It can definitely feel overwhelming with all those people and employers in one spot, but it doesn't have to be. Arrive a little early and take a walk around the room before it gets too crowded. Hi, Jake! Job fairs can definitely be intimidating sometimes, but with confidence, you can make a great impression! I advise to bring multiple copies of your resume on you so that you can give them to recruiters on the spot.
