Is there anywhere you can get on the job training or free training? Or help with paying for training?

I am a certified phlebotomist. Licensed by the state of California. I also took the national exam issued by MMci-NCCT. They both expire in 2017

You do not need to be certified in most states. Experience is more desirable. 25 years of experience, no certification.
