How can I overcome the comment of "You are going to get bored"
I don't know what to do. I have gotten the interviews and then the next steps and then, Sorry we are going to pass. Either it is: the scope has changed and it is now a junior role or you'll get bored, or you aren't a fit, Well, how come I just spent the last 3 days jumping through hoops and changing my schedule to make the 5 different interviews. Can someone help me understand?

I agree with Brandon that something better is coming for you. I'd like to point out first that how boring the work can doesn't matter as much as how much you put your heart into it. The second thing is that if an employer is willing to waste three days of you as a protective staffer, it will likely waste even more days when it holds you by the paycheck. I'd say next time do not devalue your own time, it runs out quickly.

You got to keep pushing forward there will be probably something elswere better for you

I also agree with you, Lorri. Try this one for size: I get hired for a work-from-home position after going through the hoops for over a month, mind you- I only get 4 days of training and two of the days were no training because of equipment and computer issues. On the 4th day, because I could not be up with the rest of the class, I am basically told to "resign" and go back into the pool until another position comes along. I will NOT be returning back to them as I have 4 offers from better companies with better pay. I guess things come and go. I hope that You will continue to look both online and offline for positions. I understand that working for an Agency is pretty nice, if you can get in. Just remember as Matthew said: You'd better believe what the people tell you, because I did not get any information or indication of anything. That proves that the people I was dealing with was simply dishonest. Take Care-

To quote Maya Angelo - "When people tell you who they are, believe them." Lorri, I get your frustration too. I prepare myself for the interview, read up on the company, have my list of questions prepared, only to arrive and the person asks questions that if they had taken 5 minutes to review my resume, would have found their answers to their questions. Oh, and just because an interview lasts an hour and half, doesn't necessarily mean it's a good sign; learn that lesson multiple times over, only to be disappointed. When opportunity knocks, have your ears and heart open to hear and receive it. I call it my "Ah Ha" moment, the moment when the light bulb clicks on in your mind and you finally realize why you're being presented with this opportunity and you can ether decide to accept it, or allow it to pass on by - and sometimes you accept it on blind faith that all will turn out for the best. Best of luck to you, Lorri.

Look somewhere else, this people just are playing with you.

Remind them that today's labor market is very tight and the umployment rates are record low. If they cant establish and maintain their schedules, then you should be utilizing your time and resources contacting other firms.

It sucks to me it sounds like image was a priority not skills & persistence. Apparently it wasn't meant to be or you got linked with the wrong person or people...so try again ask if there's another interviewer or go elsewhere that a company welcomes talent.

By realizing bored beats the hell out of broke and homeless, and driving on.

Going through the motions can easily be detected and this interview was one of them. It's called justification. Trust me, when a door closes it means that's not the place for you. I don't want just ANY JOB. I want the job GOD has for me. So, I can represent him in everything I do. Pray and GOD to order your steps and lead you in the right direction. Your job is out there. Now, go get it. ;-)
Dont trust this advertising off ads they only looking to get you E mail to send you more ads go in person to places they asking for aplicants and go to the the unemplyment office and ask for the jobs they post
