So I'm working for a private practice office that has no idea what they are doing! Should of never taken the position, but I did. Now I'm in a position where because of there wrong, I'm being "let go"! As I type this, I'm waiting for the doctor for an hour to come and give me the rest of my check that the bank wouldn't cash on Friday! So my question is to cover myself, if possible, what kind of release paper or things I'm in titled to get? What action I can take to a wrongful " letting you go" situation I'm in?
