Something great I learned at my job was
An important lesson I learned when I was young and working at WinDixie is to never get so comfortable in your work that you lose the desire to grow. I had cake-decorating tasks delegated to me by the lead decorator often. She was aware of her skill but was stagnant growth-wise. I spent so much of my free time watching videos and educating myself on the craft, that eventually I surpassed her as far as knowledge of newer/more elaborate techniques went. I remember that experience because it is what taught me to constantly try to improve.

Thats GREAT Anthony! Alot of us get use to thing and start feeling like that is better cause it makes coming to work alot more easier and less stressful not knowing that we are not improving ourselves to learn more new things and to even make MORE money! Learning new things can be frustrating but it is SO WORTH IT at the end!
