Since 2013 that I started working with WBHO Ghana Ltd.I had the opportunity of playing supervisor's role that has given me much confidence in my career as Crane Operator.However the co-existing with my managers at every projects site is more or less like a benefit to me.But then the best benefit that I received is the (MINCOM)or MINERALS COMMISSION CERTIFICATE that the Company has given me free of charge without paying any money for it.And I really appreciate it than money.because it was not easy to get it.Thank you.
