Job Qualifications.. Limits or Guidelines
I feel that I’m a great candidate for this new job opportunity at work but I don’t meet all of the the qualifications outlined in the job description. Should I still apply?

Yes!!! I was having the same problem, and it was causing me not to apply to a number of jobs. I talked to my career adviser and she stated, "do not decide whether you are qualified that is their job". Play up your strengths, and if it helps, place a contingency that after 60-90 days if they are not satisfied with your performance you will gladly leave the position.

Yes ..someone will give you a chances

I am very happy to interview. I want to make sure i Know more about some Jobs. Could I Apply for Job?

Well, I've been applying for job for YEARS. I have no experience, that's all I hear back. And I can't get hired!!

Hi Janna, It never hurts to try! I would try to emphasize your strengths, skills, and commitment to the company, and they may offer the opportunity to you based on that! Worst case scenario is that you don't get it and things continue as usual. Good luck!

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you currently work for a company that has a new job opportunity for which you are interested in applying?
Yes. As long as you can meet most of the qualifications. If you get the interview and they like you but ask about the qualifications you don't meet, be willing to work on and learn those qualifications. Be willing to do course work, on the job training, or extra self study. Showing a company that your willing to go the extra mile to bring your skills up to par shows perseverance.
