What I loved working at #Sears
The excellent training and working environment. Good co-workers.

Very Good!

Though I never worked at Sears, I always considered it a pleasure to shop there. The staff was always friendly, helpful and polite. I have and will continue to miss the Hagerstown Maryland Sears store and sincerely hope that all displaced Sears employees find new jobs quickly. The internet is both a blessing and a curse. In the latter it provided us with an abundance of helpful information but it is also killing brick and mortar retail. At one time of day, workers had to be concerned with loosing their jobs to a machine, today they need to worry about loosing them to Amazon and the likes. At 54 years of age I often look back and long for the world I was born into and in that I can hear the words of Frost echoing "Nothing Gold Can Stay..."

Sears has been around 4 many ages even when I was a little girl. I hope any 1 who has worked 4 them find another employer. But they were a very nice company always made u feel like home when u went thru there doors.
I think Amie is right, as are you, just the setting and the feeling of homeyness you get when walking into a Sears store. Even their outlet stores, there are a lot of good people working their. Thanks Robert
