I received a request from a co worker to upload a document for her. I asked her a quick question and then immediately left without speaking to or talking about anyone else. The lady who sat across from her, with whom I had some problems with in the past, complained to her manager that I was harassing her. When I explained to my manager that I hadn't had any contact with her, I was told to stay away from her area anyway. So what I learned from that experience was don't count on your manager to stick up for you-even if you aren't at fault for something. Guilty until proven innocent. But since a lot of time has elapsed, I have no hard feelings toward that person, and would be willing to be friends with her (assuming that still works there) if I ever returned there.
