Keep believing and trying
I have been unemployed since September 2016. I have applied to jobs locally and those that would require relocation. I do have a lot of physical limitations, and my doctor suggests it's time to go on disability. That is a hard pill to swallow. Even though I am going through the process, I am still applying for jobs. I have an interview tomorrow.
During all of this I also lost my home to fire June 14,2017. It has been both a humbling and a faith building experience. Whether or not you believe in the same God that I do, believe in something! Never lose sight of hope.

What about McDonalds, Costco, Walmart....??

Neck and back surgeries are always the worst, really. I'm so sorry. When you do have a home you can work from, you may want to consider a remote job. You don't have to do sales or recruiting. Most of the remote jobs are customer service and you can do part time or full time. Just something to think about.

I'm so sorry to hear about the house fire, I know how devastating that can be. Do you physical limitations make it difficult for you to commute daily or function in an office setting? I'm just asking because perhaps you'd consider working out of a home office. I looked at your profile and that might be something to consider. There are so many employers hiring remote workers now.
Amen.. Best of luck to you!
