Should there be a standard dress code for home care nurses and aides if they are not receiving a uniform stipend from place of employment

Hi ladies I wanted to say yes there should be uniform's for work and the company should issue them so you would not have to wear your everyday clothes.

From some, I know in the field they say they wear regular uniforms. Some that do private they wear what the family wants. If your agency doesn't have a rule I'd wear a uniform because you dont want to wear your regular clothes while taking care of someone that sick. No matter what you decide when you go home dont let your kids hold or hug you in your work clothes always take off work clothes and take your shower wash your work clothes separate. You pick up all kinds of nasty germs that are on your cloths. This is a rule most nurses adhere to better safe than sorry
