job seeeking

I graduate last year as a Medical assistant and I can't still find a job due to my lack of experience and been not bilingual person (which in California really really you need to be ) I do speak English and Italian ,my question is what can I do to find a job and get hired? Any suggestion or advice are accepted . Thank you .

Sounds like your in a competitive job market for medical assistants in your area. Have you tried getting your foot in the door with in a less demanding position or overnight shift??

Hi Mariarosaria: Try applying as medical secretary, that is a good way to get the experience you need and in some in medical settings you can take patients vital signs.
