i'm better off now
back in July i walked out of a job for the first time in my life for 2 reasons.
reason one: i was being harassed by another coworker who was a complete B**** and a 2 faced Catch U Next Tuesday. i went to the store manager multiple times and she didn't do jack squat.
Reason 2: the day i walked, the store manager discriminated against me all because i have Carpel tunnel in my right wrist. and i was having some issues with my wrist on my last day and the store manager (and on her day off out of all days) went off and said that the doctor should not have released me if my wrist wasn't fully healed. i was royally pissed because you are stuck with carpel tunnel for life unless you get surgery. it is not like a sprain or a break.
my only regret is not throwing the most heaviest item at the 2 faced catch u next tuesday. i managed to find 3 jobs just after i left and i have been better off since.

Good for you. I walked off my job because I was harassed, called human resources and filed a complaint. The manager I filed the complaint against had already put termination paperwork in by the time the investigation started but her boss asked if I would consider coming back after management changes...He believed everything I told him. She was in the process of stepping down anyways..

Restate its unclear.

I left a job that I truly liked after only 2 mths. My supervisor was really an asshole!!!I am so glad I did.

Thats awesome

I'm glad you decided to be the bigger person and that you are better off now. Unfourtunatley we can't run away because every job has a 2faced person or a discriminatory Sally lol. But keep working and stay positive.

Regardless of how poorly your boss may have handled it, she was probably right that you shouldn't have returned to work if your disability prevented you from doing the work. After all, you're there for a reason.

Companies dont care anymore

I also left my job in July I was the manager I was there for a long time since 06 and I just felt like I was being disrespected I was being underappreciated I wasn't getting the vacation time that I deserve and I feel like I put in too much time and energy for foolishness and it's not okay to treat people like that when you're a business owner you should invest in your employer's cuz ultimately they are you. They are the one representing the business. And if you're not treating them right how do you expect to have a growing business is very unfortunate but it needed to happen

now i am ready my process work start thank all
So cute
