Fingers crossed...
I had a second interview yesterday and they told me they thought I was over qualified for the job I'd applied for but they asked if I would be interested in a new position they would create for me. I was blown away. They said it would take a couple of weeks to put everything together so my start date wouldn't be until after July 4th. They mentioned a salary range but nothing finalised. Now I'm waiting to hear from them as to a schedule and final salary offer. I HATE my current job, I have my fingers and toes crossed that this works out. I'm not giving my notice until i have an offer letter in my hands. It's taking a lot of willpower to not tell my boss to shove it. I checked the new company out on Glassdoor and the reviews are a little scary. I'm not sure how to feel about it...

God bless you on your interview, do me and yourself a favor stay positive; but try to stay neutral until the deal is sealed.stay low key, here is where people fail don't stop your job Search waiting on yea and nea answers. You could be missing opportunities that await you.always stay massive in your job hunt. And when you hit begin to celebrate for your accomplishment and persistence. But remember this always even though you do not like your job you're still working and that's a privilege that many do not have. Keep your attitude in tact stay away from the complaining and begin to see yourself out and doing better things God bless you and your journey .

Just try to do something with your current situation.

Good luck!

GIANNA JUST REMEMBER MOST OF THE TIME A WOMAN'S INTUITION IS RIGHT ON THE BUTTON. IF YOU DO NOT FEEL RIGHT ABOUT THIS NEW COMPANY, KEEP LOOKING AND DO NOT GIVE NOTICE YET . WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WAS I WAS AT A JOB FOR 1 1/2 YEARS ALMOST TWO , AND I APPLIED FOR ANOTHER JOB THEY OFFERED ME A PERMANENT JOB, AND WHEN I GAVE NOTICE IN MY PRESENT JOB, THE NEW JOB SENT ME AN E-MAIL SAYING IT WOULD BE ONLY FOR THE SEASON. SO I LOST OUT THEY EVEN CONGRATULATED ME FOR THE PERMANENT POSITION, AND THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND. SO TOO BAD FOR ME . DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. IT IS BETTER TO HAVE A BIRD IN THE HAND THEN TWO IN THE AIR FLYING. I KNOW I HAVE THE SAYING A LITTLE MESSED UP BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN . KEEP LOOKING . I HAVE BEEN UNEMPLOYED SINCE JANUARY 2017 AND I STILL KEEP MY HEAD UP AND DO NOT GIVE UP. AND I HAVE JUST ONE LITTLE THING AGAINST ME MY AGE, NOT YOUNG ANYMORE, BUT I REFUSED TO GIVE UP. GOOD JOB HUNTING !!!!

You are close it getting the job. Wait a little while, and if they don't reply then find something else. If you looked at the views and find it a little scary then don't go for that job.

Well, here it goes. How often do online reviews of jobs actually pan out? And secondly, when is the last time we formed our own opinion of a prospective job? A lot of us let our opinions get swayed by posts and rants online...which frankly fuels the fear of getting our feet wet. Of course staying in a crappy job until something better hands you a letter makes sense. A lot of us seem to be apprehensive about change...the new environment, the hours, the people, the boss. If you know you can do it, then put a rock in a sock and make it happen. Good luck.

Follow your gut. No company creates a position for a total stranger. They told you that to make you feel good because they know that will pull you in. How nice- lol. Sounds like they are roping you in for a huge let down. The grass always seems greener on the other side but once you get there that green green grass changes to weeds. Probably best to take a deep look in the mirror and stop blaming your boss for your frustrations and look at the big picture at your current job. If one person (your current boss) has that much control over your mind , because you stated you hate your job sounds like only you can change that mindset. You've gotta work somewhere. Plus you say the reviews at this place that supposedly created a position especially for You? Lol you know that's not the real truth. Stop believing others lies.

Hang in there. Dont xo anything rash unti you have a guaranteed paycheck

You need to wait and do not speak about thus job to no one at your current job.
First off never stop looking for a better fit for yourself in gainful employment, you can use that in future discussions, (interviews). Talk is talk, or should I say "BS" don't get your undies all bunched up, did you research the "shit" out of this company? they might have a pending contract that they have to move on instantly so they might want you "in waiting" CYOA girl, keep looking and believe in yourself, if they like you that much than its "shit or get off the pot time for them"! you go girl oh not Glass Door research the company online.
