Brand Building for Best Jobs?

Anyone have any online personal career branding tips? I’m working on my online career profile but I have some questions around attracting recruiter attention and job alerts for the two industries I’m interested in working. My Education and work experience is in Computer Programing and Analysis but I’m also interested in attracting recruiter attention and job alert notifications for Software Sales or any IT industry related Sales opportunities within my home area. The problem is that I don’t have any Sales experience so I’m not sure how to integrate sales career interest into by online brand. Any/all ideas appreciated, Thanks

My suggestions to you are to create your own webpage and link and get out there an post your link where they will allow you and email your link to where they won't allow you. I'll be more than welcome to help you promote. Just tell me more about it. cupcackin@gmail.com

Don’t be too concerned about showing a lot of Sales experience on your career info. Product expertise is a major plus for sales. The actual sales process is a trainable skill once you're hired.

Hi Ted, Customize 2 separate resumes for each job and upload them onto your online profiles. Make sure you label each in way that it’s easily identifiable for anyone looking into your work backgrounds.

Ted, Most of the online job search sites will give you an option to set job search preferences where you can add the jobs and industries you're interested in working. It’s a good idea to set that up to prevent from getting emailed jobs you don’t want.
