To qualify for this position you MUST have:

2+ years cabinet/woodworking experience Ability to read and build from blue prints Ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally A high school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of construction techniques for using the proper techniques, procedures, and equipment Ability to show up and work on a regular, consistent basis A driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Experience with custom cabinetry and millwork in high-end residences or storefronts would be a bonus!

You’ll be responsible for performing duties which could include:

Setting up and operates variety of woodworking machines and using various hand tools to fabricate wooden cabinets and high-grade furniture Studying blueprints or drawings of articles to be constructed or repaired, and planning sequence of cutting or shaping operations to be performed Creating cut lists and monitoring adequate material inventory Setting up and maintaining shaper to manufacture cabinet doors, end panels, building box cabinets and face frames Using detailed drawings and schematics to build custom cabinets and furniture, to exacting customer specifications Maintaining shop equipment to ensure safety measures are implemented Assembling the cabinets to correct customer & manufacturer specifications Appling custom stains for all cabinetry Physical Requirement and Environment: This is a commercial wood working environment. Employee must have the physical dexterity to handle tools, measure, eye/hand coordination, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, position and align cabinets, kneel to steady and fasten panels. Must be able to adjust to some awkward postures that are required when fitting.
