Business Contact Route Driver at Datar

FedEx Ground does not employ drivers who run last mile routes ISPs do. I worked for 5.5 years with an ISP out of Billings Mt. FedEx ground treated us like dogs. Lowest paid courier drivers in the industry. FedEx Ground does not care about the people who are the backbone of their business the driver. UPS is the class act and drivers are protected by a solid union. I was paid 16.00 hour by my ISP after 5.5 years. I was never going to be paid much more than that. My good friend driving for UPS working 40 hour weeks makes 115,000 annually. I was paid 32,000 annually and we ran the same route. My UPS friend never ecceeded 59 stops a day. UPS would send a second driver to handle anything over 60 stops. During peak season i had days where i had 110 plus stops. UPS is your career job and everyone in the logistics industry knows it. FedEx Ground treats contractors and their drivers with no respect. Dont waste your time witb FedEx who is scared to death as Amazon is knocking on the door and will pass FedEx before their very eyes.
