Doug, I checked out the Marriott website for restaurant jobs at this and other locations in your area but didn't see any current openings in Glendale. They have some cooking jobs in Phoenix if your interested, (http://jobs.marriott.com/careers/SearchJobs/). I suggest you apply online first with an updated resume to show all/any cooking experience then follow-up in person at the hotel about the job opportunity and your application. Looks like they're entering peak season because they have some seasonal job postings. You may want to check out a seasonal job to get your foot in the door then pursue a culinary opportunity.
