I work for a medford oregon kfc store, i have also been to the central point store. Have had horrible expirences at both stores! A very poorly managed store, they dont care about their employees, jobs are on the line, theyre firing people because customers arent doing surveys. Almost always understaffed. Noone has a set scedual, or job. Everyone does everyones job. Its very poorly put together. Any complaints to corporate go unnoticed and undelt with. Theyre standereds are too high for a fast food place. We got a raise so that people would be more willing to stay, but because of the raise they raised expectations as well, causing a lot of people to quit or be fired. Jobs are held over our heads. Even tiniest mistake you get fired for. The managers take advantage of their position, they belittle us, and we get fired for defending ourselfs. Its a very horrible place to work at. I have had horrible expirences working at kfc. I have made several complaints to corporate but they never get back to me on it. DONT WORK FOR KFC!!!
